Abstract

This study explores the impact of digital transformational leadership and knowledge management on organizational performance. Utilizing a sample of 700 participants, the research employs descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and one-sample t-tests to assess the effectiveness of leadership and knowledge management practices within an organization. The findings reveal moderate effectiveness in both domains, indicating that while foundational aspects are in place, there is significant room for improvement. Digital transformational leadership is moderately perceived in terms of leaders' communication of vision, encouragement of innovation, and participation in digital initiatives. Similarly, knowledge management practices, including systems for knowledge sharing, decision-making, and cultivation of a learning culture, also exhibit moderate effectiveness. The study underscores the importance of these factors in an organization's performance and offers several recommendations for enhancement. These include strengthening leadership communication, supporting innovation, expanding digital skills and competencies, improving knowledge management systems, and fostering a continuous learning culture. The research highlights the potential for organizations to significantly enhance their performance by focusing on these key areas.
