Abstract

Current study hold object to explore mediating role of intrinsic motivation between perceived organizational support, extrinsic motivation & job satisfaction. Data of 340 employees of manufacturing sector were collected to test hypothesis. Results presented that POS has a strong impact on employee’s job satisfaction & extrinsic motivation, as well as of satisfaction on job. Moreover, constructive effects regarding mediating position of intrinsic drive between POS & extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. Individual intrinsically motivated when association take care of efforts and employee’s well-being, such support become channel for better and positive outcomes for employees.
